Hi,
I've just changed my TV account to the new entertainment package that includes NOW TV. The email confirmation I got with the part Your NOW TV email address is: shows an email address that I don't recognise that is different to the one attached to my account. NOW works from my set-top box, but I can't access the website.
Any ideas?
