Need to upgrade message on my laptop trying to access BT Sport.

I have BT Sport direct with BT, but TV with SKY. I watch BT Sport on a laptop and sometimes on another device. I have now started to see a message that "You need to upgrade your package to view this content"  Can you help?

Hi @mandiemouse74 and welcome.

The quickest way to get this sorted would be to call the Sports guys on 0800 800 150. They'll be able to advise on this.
