Recently taken the VIP TV package. Can view all sports channels apart from the BT Sport HD channels (non HD channels are working fine). I have a wired BT fibre 2 connection which is working fine... Any ideas / solutions please?

Give BT a ring, the HD addon is included as part of the VIP package.
