After paying to upgrade to Infinity, hardwiring my ethernet connection to my BTVision box and activating I still can't watch BTSport.
I have just been passed between 5 different BT departments all saying its not their rEsponsibility to help
Is there anything I can do?
(apparently there is an outstanding order on my account that stops anything being done - but no one can tell me what the order is for or how to fix it)
Really fed up with BT - AGAIN
Wish I'd never bothered - aND WILL DEFINTELY NOT BE RECOMMENDING bt TO ANYBODY EVER
