I bought the BT Sport month pass and made a new BT ID with my email address.
I have downloaded the app both on my phone and Xbox One and it is not letting me log in on either of them despite putting in correct details.
EDIT: on the phone app I am getting error ID006
Hi @ChambersM, sorry you can't access the BT Sport service. Please check out the error code at https://www.bt.com/help/bt-sport/errors-on-the-bt-sport-app-on-smartphones-and-tablets and follow the steps. Post back and let us know how you get on.
