I have purchased a stand alone Now TV Sky Sports pass. I can't get it to work on our BT box

Hi @alisonadamsuk if you bought the pass from Now TV and mean it won’t work on the Sky Sports channels in the BT TV EPG (programme guide), then it won’t. It will your in the Now TV app.
