I am trying to view video content on BT sport App on a Samsung TV. Live BT sport works fine but when I try and view highlights they will not load stating problems loading content. I have reinstalled the app without success. Any ideas?
Any content that is not live will not load. I have tried most videos on the app.
It comes up with a message after a while
"Theres been a problem

Yes it is a recent issue. It was working fine yesterday morning and issue presented itself yesterday afternoon
Have you checked your network connection on the TV from Settings/ Network/Status when the problem occurs?
Yes I have, shows that the TV is connected. I can fail at loading a video and straight after play the live channel.
In order to eliminate your connection and router, try doing the same thing on a laptop, smartphone or tablet and see if that works
Just loaded up all content fine on my mobile (using the same wireless connection as the TV).
Is this a common issue?
I couldn't say, but it seems from that that the problem is either with the TV or any intermediate network device ( e.g. power line converter) that you may be using
