I have been unable to see BT Sport 1 for about 6 weeks.
I can login. (Confirmed by the fact that it then give me the option to Log Out.)
I try for BT Sport 1 and get a Grey screem with a spining disc. I have checked if I have the lastest version of Flash and have Silverlight set to always activate.
But getting nowhere. Then to add insult to injury get a mail from BT telling me the charge is going up.
LIVERPOOL v ARSENALis next up. I would like to watch it.

Hi. Apologies for the delay. Only just got back to this. You may have to guide me here as I am not particularly technical when it come to this stuff.
If I run the following:
in the CMD window. I get the following:
Still getting the spinning disc. About to go out to watch the game elsewhere.
I have watched on this Laptop many times. It is a Tochiba with Intel Core i5 processor with about 10TB of memory and 4TB of RAM. That may sound as if I know something about this stuff but I am really out of my depth most of the time if it gets technical.
Thank you for your help. I am sure we will get there.
You will need to run those commands seperately, for it to check correctly.
Please paste both outputs, and we'll be able to confirm for you in full (there is no sensitive info in output)
Hi. Thank you for your reply.
This is the result from putting that sode in seperately.
As you will have gathered the memory on my Toshiba is 1TB and the RAM 4GB. Apologies for my ignorance.
The results are as expected. Are you able to try BT Sport 1 using one of our apps on iPhone or Android? this will help isolate where the problem is.
Also if your PC is Windows 10 there is an app available, you could try that too.
Thank you for your reply.
Where do I find said APPs? I have tried to watch BT sport on my IPAD but was unable. Whilst I have an I Phone it is an IP5 so may not have the most up to date OS. I think it would be best to stick with the PC and Windows 10 adjustments.
