Hi David,

 

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm having the same issue as the above user and would appreciate any assistance.

 

BT Sport is working via BT TV

Attempting to log in via web browser states something along the lines of 'your BT ID is correct, but you have not activated your BT Sport account'

Attempting to log in via the app states 'You haven't activated BT Sport on your account yet. Please activate it below to continue. ID003'

 

Any activation links I follow either don't give an option to simply activate BT Sport, or lead me to try and sign up for BT Sport again via BT TV, Mobile, Sky only etc.

 

I've tried pretty much every option and tried to resolve this via online chat, but nothing seems to work. They've tried removing BT Sport and re-adding this to the account and also removing all BT ID's from my profile and setting up a new primary one, but the issue still remains.

 

Any idea what is causing the issue and how to resolve it please? Let me know if you need any further details.
