Cancel BT Sport monthly pass

Hi John.

Can you also help me with this please? I have been trying for weeks to cancel as I simply cannot afford it anymore.. 

It won't let me cancel when I log in, I can't get through on the phone and the chat bot is not letting me do it either. Can you please help with this?
