I recently renewed my BT mobile contract for my iPhone and I do have broadband TV phone line etc also but I cannot cast using my Chromecast.

Please look into this.

Hi @PerryDimbleby  I've moved your post to create your own thread as the previous thread was solved. It looks like the BT Sport App has been linked to your Mobile without taking into consideration that you have BT Broadband. 

We will be happy to help you get this fixed if you send us your details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

Hello,

Just gave it a try and my BTTV App is working on cast and I have had the email to confirm that plus ‘large screen’ is now activated but BT Sport is still not working.

BT Sport is still not casting but BT Player app now is.
Can you try refresh my BT Sport package I believe the issue may lay within that.

I am getting a message which states:

Casting functionality is not included in your package?.

I have looked in the help section and that states it should be if I have broadband with my mobile sports.

@PerryDimbleby I'm sorry you're still unable to cast the BT Sport app. I've contacted a specialist team to get this sorted, there looks to be a system problem that's causing this.
