Recording BT Sport

Hi,

Sorry if this is a daft question but.... already have BT broadband and currently pay to have bt sport on sky platform. Considering ditching sky and taking the BT TV offering, including BT Sport for the MotoGP.  I'm never home for qualifying and it isnt on demand.

Am I able to record these non-freeview data stream channels on the bt view box, so I have similar experience as i currently have with sky?

If you're watching on BT TV via the EPG, then yes they're recordable. It's just like normal telly except the extra channels are delivered via your broadband

The races are also made available on catch up by the Monday but note that there are no practise or quali sessions there. And you need to access via the No Spoiler landing page in the app to (hopefully) avoid learning the result.

Note also that, as with all live sport, best to also record the following programme too as the BT accurate recording implementation is very iffy.
