 I’ve been waiting to be refunded since the 24th november for a bt sport payment which i didn’t receive and still haven’t heard anything after agreeing on a refund from the live chat team have no clue how i’m supposed to be refunded but need the money asap

If a refund or credit was raised, you should of received an email confirming it's applied.
The refund will then show as a credit on the BT account for future payments, if you want it back in your bank you can ask the billing team to do that, ring 0800 800 150
