We have had BT Broadband for years.  I thought that BT Sport was included.  Just decided that i want to watch sport in COVID lockdown.  I have downloaded the BT app and the the BT Sport app to my phone but just keep going round in circles.  I have an ID but am told that BT sport is not activated.  I have followed all instructions including error ID003 instructions.  Still no joy.  Help please

If you have an active BT Sport promotion it would be listed on your bill, login and see if you have BT Sport included.

Once we know if you have it, you can be given support to access it, if you're not subscribed then you will need to pay for a subscription that suits your viewing setup.

BT Sport was indeed free to BT Broadband customers when it was launched but, predictably, that didn't last very long.
