Re: Silverlight Issues

I have  a solution. When it asks you to download silverlink again, click on the spanner symbol in the bottom right hand counter and select view on desktop. The player then works OK.

Re: Silverlight Issues

Im using windows 7 and i have silverlight already downloaded and i keep getting the download silverlight box on the viewing screen! I see above in the previous post for windows 8 users  to click the spanner symbol in the bottom right. What do i need to click? I would be very grateful for help, many thanks.

Re: Silverlight Issues

To solve this problem in internet explorer

Go to tools - Internet options - Programes - Manage add-ons

Then look for silverlight you will probably find it is disabled

Now highlight silverlight and click enable

you should now be able to watch BT Sports

Also, if the Add on is enabled, and it still doesn't work....select Tools, and make sure ActiveX Filtering is not ticked in Internet Explorer....if it's ticked click it to untick it and all should work. Another thing is to add the site to your trusted sites as IE security settings could possibly stop Active X controls to work.
