Re: Silverlight

Can someone answer this one please? Same for me. I'm on a Mac 10.8.4 using Firefox version 22. Up to date Silverlight is installed but it is obviously not recognised. Extremely annoying.

Re: Silverlight

I had similar problems. I uninstalled Silverlight and then downloaded the newest version again ( it was already on my PC ) and reinstalled it. Restarted my browser and the problem was solved.
My guess is that most problems are related to DRM protection which is causing conflicts and errors.

Re: Silverlight

Thanks MarkUK but I've already done that four times in a different order each time. Everything is up to date but something must be incompatible. Surely BT would have sorted DRM before launching... but then again!

Sorted... Firefox doesn't automatically enable the Silverlight plug-in. Go to Firefox/tools/add-ons/plug-ins and click on silverlight enable. Feel such a burk.

Re: Silverlight

Is it that 32 bit systems don't work with Silverlight? They're not mentioned on the system requirements

Re: Silverlight

To solve this problem in internet explorer

Go to tools - Internet options - Programes - Manage add-ons

Then look for silverlight you will probably find it is disabled

Now highlight silverlight and click enable

you should now be able to watch BT Sports
