I'm having difficulty speaking to someone who knows how to do this.
When I set up BT Sport I used the wrong viewing card number (both are mine, I have multiroom). I can't seem to get past the voice recognition menu to get to someone who can help, and when I do speak to someone I'm given a different number and the circle continues! Very frustrating. Am unable to do it online, it tells me to dial another number.
Not very helpful for anyone searching for a similar issue, but I managed to "speak" to someone on the Chat to Adviser option. The issue is because I have an o/s order on my account so I have to try in a few days once that is complete. Will come back here if I still have issues but for the time being this is resolved.
