I haven't been able to watch a thing on my laptop via the BT App as I get the following response.
I've spent the whole evening trawling the internet and these BT forums and found a variety of suggestions but without success to finding an answer
Welcome to the club, we have 165,674 members and it is rising by the minute.
Take a look at this forum thread, it has a lot of tips on it regarding how to fix your issue.
Have you started your own thread about whatever issue you are suffering from, or asked for help? If you haven't I believe you should.

It would take all day to document my issues. I seem to get a different error code everytime I try and use the online app. I have given up. Good luck everyone, and good luck to BT Sport at 12:30pm on Saturday 🙂

However they start to talk techy which just isn't my thing and I therefore haven't a clue what they're talking about.
They do mention firefox issues but I use IE so assume that wouldn't relate to me ?

Surely Im not the only one experiencing this response ?
I too am unable to access the online player on my pc, it too has all the latest updates for explore and silverlight, also has chrome and firefox. I have exhausted all attempts to get this to run having numerous and different error messages.
It appears to be beyond the wit of bt to get this app to run on all pc configs!
all drivers are up to date and 24 hour was and has been set
