You might want to check your settings then because i watched on BT Ultimate and there is a clear and noticeable difference between HD and UHD. I was flicking between HD & UHD and the difference was huge...  The occasional green screen was down to a technical issue on the UHD feed from the host broadcaster i think..

Thanks. If say the settings are only on the UHD box and I've been through them a few times. As Amazon and Netflix give me an excellent picture it could only be the box.

Are you watching Amazon and Netflix through the box or apps on the TV?

You'll need to check your settings on the HDMI port and BT box then as the box might not be outputting UHD. Go to settings and I think it's display settings and change that to UHD.

Check your TV instructions as well because not all TV's have all HDMI sockets UHD compatible
