I recently upgraded my broadband to Halo and decided to get a BT Mobile Sim at £15 a month. Part of this deal was access to BT Sport.
When trying to login to the BT Sport app, after adding the BT Sim Card, I have received an error message of ID006.
Can someone explain what this means and fix the issue?

Hi @Catwright7 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Have you added the BT Sport to your mobile? If not please place the order at https://www.bt.com/mobile/sport and once the order completes it will work ok.
