I am a sky customer and purchased bt sport yesterday. I'm having a real problem activating my bt Id so that I can use the bt sport app. I keep getting a message saying the password I'm entering is wrong and so have tried resetting my password but it says the answer to my security question is wrong when.im pretty sure I'm entering the correct answer. Another thing that is weird is that when I try and track my order it keeps coming up with an error message, even though I can watch bt sport fine on my TV so it's not as if the order hasn't gone through.
Will be eternally grateful to anyone that can help!!
