Trying out the app for the first time. While sending by TV from my phone to Chromecast I am unable to watch HD channels. It keeps telling me to turn on my box and watch them there. Is it not possible to watch HD through this method.
I’ve tried a few times to do this and i fill in my details and then nothing and when I go to my orders it shows as rejected. Have you managed to get it yet?
I had my order rejected once, the cause in my case was the tick box to accept the T&C's. It's possible to 'tick' the box and the box fills dark grey, so I assumed that was okay and it allowed me to continue and complete the order process.
After the order was rejected I tried again, it took 3 clicks before I could get an actual tick to appear in the T&C's box, the order then completed. I'm not saying that this is stopping your order but it is worth checking that there is an actual tick in the box when going through the order process. It could also be that my order was rejected for another reason but I don't think so.
Mine got sorted by the moderator, who needed to place the order for me. So it is perhaps an idea to give BT a call if you want it done swiftly.
