Unable to watch some matches on the BT Sport app on the firestick or Windows 10 laptop

Hi,
I have app on my phone. I can see all Europa League matches listed there. I can pick one (i.e. Fenerbahçe vs Olympiakos) and watch it on my phone. I have large screen add-on too. So I should be able to watch it on firestick or laptop. But I can see only 4 matches on laptop or firestick. Other live matches do not appear. When I go to "view collection" it does not list other matches on any of the channels.
What is the issue?

I found out something called digital exclusive.

Is there any possibility to sort the issue about not being able to watch the match on amazon firestick?
