Unwanted bill charge appearedfor BT Sport Lite

I'm now being charged for BT Sport Lite on the Sky TV platform.  Would like it cancelled, please as I do not use ir nor do I intend to.

They changed the BT sports pricing quite a while ago. If I remember right Sports lite is no longer free. If you hadn't watched it for a long time then BT would of auto removed it from your account but if there was usage you should of got an email advising of the pricing changes. Just give the retention team a call and ask them to remove it.
