Upgrading BT Sport Mobile to full App

I have BT Sport Mobile with my SIM package. However I have started watching more and more on BT Sports. The app on my TV states my package doesn't cover the app for viewing. I have tried upgrading to the Ultimate add-on, but don't have the correct product. 

How do I go about upgrading to full app usage?

You can't upgrade the free mobile app, if you have BT broadband you can either subscribe to BT Sport on BT TV which includes full app and online player access or the standalone chargeable app.

At the time of posting both are the same price and same 24 month duration, so the BT TV package would be better value.

There's also the monthly sports pass which is £25 per month but no minimum term.
