VC018 - Why Is It Suddenly Appearing?

Like everyone else I am amazed how rubbish this BT Sport App is. I should be watching the MotoGP race now, but thanks to BT all I can do is have a rant.

After BT took MotoGP off the air (well Freeview originally) I switched broadband suppliers just so I could watch MotoGP even though it was on my PC.

I've  sat through Qatar, the warmup race of the season and now we get to the first decent track, this shoddy App gives up the ghost. VC018

Come on BT, SORT IT OUT and deliver us the race and not the hype.

managed first three minutes of gp3 then it buffered then unable to play vid - error vc019

refeshed page then all i get is - error vc018, jumped through all the help hoops right down to uninstalling silverlight and downloading latest from bt sport page still - error vc018, and to think i only upgraded to watch motogp

VC005 is session timeout. Just logged in and BT Sport App is working.

Great an afternoon ruined, thanks BT. I watched some of the Rugby, Sarries V Northants Saints and waited for the MotoGP3. Then came the code. I did everything they suggested and nothing. Even tried another Laptop, same problem but the code suggests it's our equipment.

It's just come back in time to miss the end of Motogp2. The first thing I heard was that woman's grating voice, akin to a stone caught under a door scraping on a concrete floor.

Let's hope it stays with us for the main event.

Looks like BT are operating with 'devil takes the hindmost' software.

Maybe they could tell us how many users are allowed to watch at once so we could arrange to watch on a neighbour's system.

Or they could operate the same sort of lottery when charging subscriptions.
