Still not working I'm afraid, asks me toactivate account , I say I am already a Broadband customer then it comes up with the searching for packages available in my area .

I've just realised I am being a twit - the app and online player is only Free for the first 3 months of the contract which is up!
I didnt notice that before as on previous older contract at amother house it wasincluded - d'oh.
