so ive switched from sky to BT tv. everything is fine except i can no longer use my apps on my iphone etc. i had BT sport with sky originally which has now been cancelled. i had a BT id to log in with but the ID no longer logs me in on the apps. ive got a new account number and spoke on phone and instant chat to advisors who say the problem is my end as everything is fine their end. its driving me nuts as i cant do anything else my end to fix this. tried deleting and re installing etc but still no joy. whats going on?

thanks for the reply. ive tried all that and the only app to give an error code is the sport app which is ID005

had a call from BT today. was advised to change my password and reset the apps on the phone. unforunately i still have the same problem (ID005)
