its saying i have too many streams running but only i have access to the account on one device.
how do i fix this? has been happening for 20 minutes now!

Hi @malkybck Sorry you are still experiencing this problem. How do you have your BT Sport subscription (ie is it with BTTV, BT Mobile or EE etc)
Also check out BT Sport errors watching on a computer and log into your BTID and check to ensure only one device is active.
