Ive tried to buy bt sport monthly pass with no success. I log in ,click restart monthly pass and it just either asks me to log in again or just buffers and the billing page wont load

We're unfortunately seeing a few reports of this at the moment, but the cause has yet to be identified.
I can only recommend at this point that you use a different email address to buy a new monthly pass.
