Hi @Chris_Sav  thanks for sending over your details and I can see that the support team raised a complaint on your account on the 15th about his problem. They contacted you earlier today and got the BT Sport App updated from the Mobile only version so that you can now cast again. With the fault resolved when they spoke with you the complaint has now been closed.

Hi,

 

My first bill has come though and BT are charging me @ £10 a month for the online player which I was told was free for three months, not only that but BT are charging me from the 5th when the first failed order went in, not from 18th when they finally got it working.

Could you please adjust
