Yes I have the identical problem. Have been on the phone sevaral times and each time became disconnected before I could be transfered to Technical Department. On last occasion, a 59 minute phone call, I was transfered to someone who said my existing viewing card that I had for Sky Sport was no longer valid and that I needed a new card. The said they would put one in the post and I should get it in 3 -4 days. Unfortunately 9 days later I still do not have a new card. I noticed another posting where someone had been promised a new card on four occasions and none had arrived.
Hope you get your card but don't hold your breath.
Sorry to hear of your problems also.
It does give me some comfort that the new card may do the trick, although 9 days seems a bit long.

Just to let you know the new viewing card arrived today in the post.
It took two days to come.
Inserted card and confronted with black screen.
Activated card online, rebooted Vision+ box and waited for around one hour tuned into BT Vision.
Got a message that there was a problem with the card. Removed it and replaced it and..........BT Sport in its glory.
I will continue to view the forums for problems similar to mine however thanks again.
