I have checked and my BT TV account is linked to my BT ID and I'm the account holder. I have cleared my cookies and tried on Chrome, Safari and IE and I get the WJ900 login
Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you're having problems watching BT TV. What device are you using?
Can you check how many devices are linked to your BT TV account? You can do this by login into the BT TV app your phone? Once logged in choose 'Manage Devices' within 'Settings'?
Hi I'm using a Mac and a windows laptop and both are having the same issue, the app on my phone is fine though.
Devices it states 1 of 4 (my phone) is in use
