Hi I hope I can get some advice, my vision box is consistently clicking and partially resetting itself I have seen the same issue mentioned within a number of support sites generally pointing towards a BT upgrade to solve the problem, it's getting to the point now where I'm seriously considering switching to another provider. the hub and phone conection are in a seperate room from the TV so hard wiring isn't really an option. Any advice would be appreciated.
