hi i have had no problems with BT Vision untill this afternoon when i noticed the powerline data light went out i've reset both adapters several times but to no avail is there anything else i can try without calling BT.

Is your broadband connection active, and your hub functioning ok?
You could try to reset your hub, and then marry the powerline adaptors again...............

yes i've reset the hub and tried to marry the powerline adators again but still nothing
Is you PC working via an ethernet cable? Is it possible to link BTV box to the hub via a cable? Has your bbspeed dropped way down?
If it isnt the bband or the hub, IMHO its just the powerline adaptors or one of them are dud. If you are in contract with BTV, they will replace them and it should be FOC. Give the helpdesk a ring and they will send out the latest pla's. Dont throw the old ones away, as they'll send a return to us freepost envelope.

Well then, I'd get on the phone and ask for a new set before they shut shop for the night. Proably be here tmrw or day after at the latest.
