I've been logging in to my BT email & MYBT websites .IT is so slow to load both sites,started yesterday.The community website is ok loads as normal.I've tried edge & firefox but the same issue on both..I tried putting bt.com in the browser but it was the same,very slow ro open.Is there a problem at the moment.

I've just had a check and I'm not aware of any incidents linked with this, and I'm not noticing any issues when trying to log into my own BT account via edge either.
Are you still noticing the same issues today, and have you had a chance to try the app or a different device?

It's the same using my laptop,the time lag is around 12-15 seconds.The community website & all others are instantaneous.I can live with it i guess,it's just annoying.Since yesterday after entering my log in details i'm getting the capture thing where you tick boxes that show cars or whatever.After that i get ,a code will be sent to my mobile,please enter it & i eventually get to my emails.
