BT Email Account 'Disappeared' from Android Phone

My BTinternet email account has disappeared from my Android phone. Emails were accessible this morning but not this afternoon. I can access BT email via the web without any problems. I have not deleted/removed anything on my phone. 

Has anyone experienced this before please? How do I restore the BT email account? Whenever the email icon is selected no emails are displayed.

How were you accessing your BTMail on your Android. If it was an app which one?

Have you tried setting up a new app such as the Bluemail app?

I use a GMail App which normally houses my GMail and BTInternet emails.

I will look into the Bluemail App. Thank you!
