BT Has a new way of ignoring feedback

The website asks for feedback. You give it and when you hit submit, it returns a red box saying:-

"Authentication ticket mismatched, failed authentication.
This must be a variation on their usual "Something went wrong. Please try again later." message when you try to update your profile on your account page after which it asks you to log in when you already have.

Re: BT Has a new way of ignoring feedback

Actually, it’s more like an error in the error message.  LOL

That error message is unusually detailed by today’s standards. Nowadays systems don’t give a lot away in error messages to ordinary users, as it can give too much information to the bad guys trying to break in.  Hence you just get the “Oops, something went wrong” nonsense.
