Have BT removed there live chat, i found this an easy way to communicate, but unable to find it in there help section.

Get support with BT products and services | BT Help
then select the service you want, Scroll down and click on "Contact Us" and again select the service you want help about. A new page should open with a "Message Now" button on the left hand side.
If it is not showing it may not be available because there are insufficient staff to answer it so try again later.
I think "Live" is a misrepresentation - be prepared for an hour wait.
As was pointed out in the first message. "Live Chat" is no longer available so it would be a misrepresentation if BT was still calling it that.
It has been replaced with "Message Us".
Message us / live chat NEVER shows as an option for me, regardless of what time of day I try. So annoying that we are expected to sit in a phone queue to get help. Seems a backwards step to me.

Thanks - that message now button only seems to appear under the broadband & TV options, hence why I've never found it before despite using my PC. Will give it a go
