I'm sorry we can't give you the wording of the validation message for security purposes. The last thing we want is for our validation message wording to get into the wrong hands and for it to be used to compose scam messages.
The point of the one time pin is for us to validate who we are talking to about sensitive matters. This pin is only valid for 15 minutes and can only be entered into the system of the adviser who sent it.
If you are unsure if the caller is genuine then hang up the call and call us on 0800 800 150 and the adviser will be able to transfer you to the correct department.
