I cannot find a login screen for existing customers. My shortcut that I usually use just comes up with a message that there are too many redirects and Safari cannot open it.
When I put the BT URL in the same message comes up.
Is there a general problem?
I can't get to the email log on page either. It's saying the page isn't valid or like you I got the message about too many redirects.
I am getting the same issues Website broken but emails still coming through.
Me neither. I can't get to the login page for BT email, and I can't get to the login page for "My BT".
Yep looks like the BT mail site or BT site in general is screwed.
I even tried on my phone (4g) incase it was something screwy with the hub..
but still got the "too many redirects...." error. and no page-load.
Agreed.. e-mails still appear to be working (from a mail client).
Like the rest of the community who are BT clients/customers, I to cannot get onto the MyBt or mail bal bla bla Lol im guessing were all as upset about this as each other, I spent an infuriating hour on the phone today the 14th, the outcome?
they do NOT have a problem, Oh? ive tried form my pc, my laptop while I was in town and then this evening I was in Northampton and tried my Smart phone?
when I look back this problem appears to have been happening since way back in 2012 or earlier?
what is it with BT
its the 21st century and we can't access one of our most important thingz
I was having exactly the same problem but my email seems to have come back now... phew...
I had been using BTmail, got logged out, when I tried to log back in I kept getting a message saying "unauthorised login, now locked out for 20 minutes". When I eventually got in, the appearance of the login screen had changed and the email prompt is now on the upper tool bar. It appears that BT have once again decided to change the format without informing their customers!
When I tried to get onto this forum to check others also had a login problem (there were already hundreds) the system would not accept my password, I opted to change my password, BT sent a link but it went straight into my spam box.
I find this all very poor communication from a communications company!!!
