BT a disgusting waste of time and energy.

 

ASKING AGAIN........Why is there NO EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE BT Website? Why aren’t BT a email addresses secure? (NO High street bank provides a contact Email address because of security reasons).

 

Is BT landline rental is as expensive as you can possibly make it? Why has it increase so much in the past 25 years

 

What qualifications do Executive Customer Resolution team members have?

Hi Harrier99

The option to email is now an online complaint form through your MyBT
I can see you have made mention of the Executive Complaints Resolution team in your post if you have been dealing with them in the past you can reply directly to an email from a member of that team.
If that isn't possible and should you wish to make a new complaint to BT you can use the following link:
https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/complaints

Many more problems and unexplained issues :

Cannot write Emails offline and send via my personal computer.

Emails often take months arriving.

http protocol (TEXT PROTOCOL)  transferring non text files.

British Telecoms NAME.  .com?

Use this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/complaints scroll down to the option to complain online.

You will need to login, once you do this select that your complaint is about other, then something else, select a suitable category for your complaint and you will then get a box to type in your email to raise the complaint.

Please see The BT Complaints Code an email address is available in there.

Take a look at BT's Complaint Code it has all the information you require including an email address to send a complaint to.

Not my job sorting staff's general lack of respect,  sickness and mess.  They can continue building their own prisons.  I don't care.
