I've found the BT staff here helpful in resolving issues. And through the help desk. And in home. Think you reap what you sow.

That was my attitude for many years. Can clearly see the technical issues and NONE of the issues I have stated should be issues. Staff have a lot of personal problems.

@Harrier99  you're clearly unhappy and frustrated, forum members don't get paid for the time we spend helping others, we're all customers assiting each other, only the moderating team are employees.

If you're unhappy with any BT products or services you can raise a complaint online, by post, by email or ring up, if you can't get help needed or remain unhappy, BT have an escalation process, the response can vary depending on if it's service impacting or time sensitive.

Why not sleep on it, let the emotion slide and then come back with more info and maybe the forum can help you 🙂
