BT community verification email is treated as potential spam

OK, I get that BT don't want people to use the email address, but is it too much to expect the verification email to be sent from a valid domain. Many email servers, mine included, will reject unknown sender domain as potential spam. See postfix logs below

Jun 25 13:22:53 xxxx postfix/smtpd[27279]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from outbound-dkim.eu.khoros-mail.com[34.255.61.190]: 550 5.1.8 <no-reply@community-mail.bt.com>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found; from=<no-reply@community-mail.bt.com> to=<dave@xxxxx.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<outbound-dkim.eu.khoros-mail.com>
