BT3530

I have not got any incoming ringer on my BT3530 answer machine including the four handsets. I have checked all phones including answer machine and ringer is switched on at all units and everything has been fine for the last few years. Would the problem be the units or is it possible that my BT line via Virgin contract could be at fault. Any help would be appreciated please.

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting.

The easiest way to rule out a problem with your BT3530 would be to try another phone. If that doesn't ring as well, that would indicate a line fault which you would need to report to your ISP.

If that phone rings without issue then that would indicate a problem with the BT3530. In which case you could contact the Product helpdesk
