Best way to recognise good service recievied

Hi All, I’ve  experienced the best and worst of BT in the  last few months . Can anyone advise the best method of providing a meaningful thank you for a BT employee who has gone above and beyond the call of duty?

I've asked a passing mod to get in touch, give them time as they are busy but they are BT employees, they can see who helped you.
