Blackbox on Telegraph pole

Hi. The wind yesterday has broken a black box at the top of a telegraph pole outside my house. All the wires within it are now exposed. I’ve no idea who to report this to??

You can fill in a damage report on Openreach's website but, whether you believe it or not, you'll need to choose the "danger to health and safety" reason for reporting it when they give you a list of reasons to choose from. If you don't, it'll go into Openreach's low priority list and won't get looked at for months!
