I'd recommend reporting this directly to a technical care agent who can raise a ticket for further investigation if a standard diagnostics doesn't resolve your issue.

I think I have done this already,been told they will keep me updated,not received any up dates .

Every time I contact them takes at least half an hour explaining the problem.

 

It is beyond frustrating
