Community search engine

Just tried searching for HOTSPOTS,

the search engine returned the following,

 

"DID YOU MEAN"

 

HOTPOTS

Are BT doing take away food now?

just tried searching community for 'hotspots' and got numerous responses all about hotspots  wonder why yours returned something diffeent

I also tried "BT WIFI"

And it returned,

The weird suggestions identified by @5progface  do seem appear routinely, but below the search box as alternatives without affecting the actual results of the search. Generally, unless you're fortuitous with your choice of search term, the Community search facility isn't very intuitive.

It's because some posters have mistyped hotspot, missing the 's' out.

Update,

 

Did a computer restart this morning.

 

The search engine is now performing normally
