rather ironically the complaints site appears to be down?
I've received an email telling me my complaint was resolved, then another (with a different reference) telling me it was resolved, then a further just now telling me it's being investigated however I can't tell what's been logged and what the response may be?
I had a complaint go on for 3-4 months whilst BT looked after it, I didnt once use that site for communication, I had no idea I could!
If you reply to the email it will land back with them it has 'consumer' in the name but I cant post it here, also you should have a number to ring through to to get to that department to speak to someone who can open the case?
